Theodore Low ’49 pins Heejung Sarah Park ’13 as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. She and Marcos Aranda ’13, who was commissioned in the U.S. Army, were both enrolled in Brown’s Liberal Medical Education Program through the Health Professions Scholarship Program. A retired Army colonel, Low is a civilian aide to the Secretary of the Army.
