TEDx

February 28th, 2013

I was really happy to see Sonja Brookins Santelises’s participation in TEDx Brown University  (“TEDx,” Elms, November/December). In August, I had the great honor of participating in TEDx SugarLand (just outside Houston), sharing a multimedia experience I created composed of a four-part original poem accompanied by my original artwork and other artists’ music to portray the shared evolution trek of humanity. Like Brown students, alumni, and staff, making a difference is in their DNA.

Congratulations to Brown for participating in TEDx, and thank you, BAM, for giving visibility to this global movement that is giving voice to those contributing to world progress.
