Distance runner Carleen Jeffers ’19 represented the United States at the Great Edinburgh Cross Country International Challenge and placed sixteenth overall in the junior women’s race.… The Amateur Swimming Association of Trinidad & Tobago named Ally Donahue ’18 Female Swimmer of the Year.… Men’s ice hockey beat defending national champion Providence College, 4–3, in overtime.… The men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams are College Swimming Coaches Association of America Scholar All-America Teams.… Brown’s Academic All-Ivy athletes are Charlotte Beach ’16 (women’s soccer), Jack Gorab ’16 (men’s soccer), Carly Gould ’17 (women’s soccer), William Klein ’16 (men’s water polo), Uzoamaka Okoro ’16 (rugby), Will Quigley ’16 (football), Hannah Rogers ’16 (field hockey), Natalie Schudrowitz ’18 (women’s cross country), Will Sheeran ’16 (men’s cross country), and Tim Whalen ’16 (men’s soccer).… The men’s water polo team had the third-highest team GPA in the country.… Wide receiver Brian Strachan ’16 was named to the Football Championship Subdivision Athletics Directors Association Academic All-Star Team.… Anders Weiss ’15 made the U.S. national rowing team and is competing for a spot in the 2016 Summer Olympics.
